Gene Biotype Counts
File: [sample_name]_biotypeCounts.csv
For analyses with mRNA data, this file summarizes RSEC-adjusted UMI counts from putative cells by the gene biotypes
defined in the reference GTF. Rows are sorted from highest to lowest total UMI count. Genes without a matching
gene_biotype value are grouped as Unassigned.
The Pipeline Report HTML displays the 10 biotypes with the highest total UMI counts. This CSV file contains the complete table.
